- Inspection and testing of controller (clocks or timers).
- Ensuring proper valve operation.
- Adjustment of heads as necessary for best possible water patterns.
- Periodic inspection of critical wiring connections.
- Adjustment
of individual time zones as climatic conditions dictates, to insure
proper frequency and duration for both lawn and shrubs.
- Removal as necessary of encroaching grass from around sprinkler heads.
- Replacing heads that become clogged with debris as necessary (parts not included).
- Inspection of the system for underground line breaks.
The first inspection of the property by the irrigation division will include a survey of the entire system, report any necessary repairs or modifications required, and give homeowners written estimates of said work.
